Who we are

OnePush is a product of Pragmagie, a France-based publisher. By using OnePush you agree to these terms.

What we provide

An AI body double web application for ADHD creative work, available at onepush.me and app.onepush.me. The service is provided "as-is" and may evolve over time.

Founding lifetime spot

If you bought a founding spot, you get lifetime access at the price paid, to the OnePush product line, for as long as Pragmagie operates OnePush. Founding spots are tied to your account and non-transferable. Pragmagie may add paid tiers or premium features above the founding level; founding members keep all features included at the time of purchase.

Refund

30-day full refund, no questions. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable use

No automated scraping. No harassment in the forum. No use of the service for illegal activity. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

Limitation of liability

OnePush is provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Pragmagie's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of acceptable use, with notice when reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection law dictates otherwise.

Changes

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
