Who we are

OnePush is a product of Pragmagie, a France-based publisher. Contact: onepush.me@pragmagie.com.

What we collect

Email address (required for account). Optional: display name. Task content and session logs you create in the app. Payment metadata via Stripe (we never store your card number). Locale preference (in your browser's localStorage).

Why we collect it

To provide the service, send transactional email (receipts, magic links), and prevent fraud. We do not run advertising or behavioral profiling.

Sub-processors

Cloudflare (hosting, global edge), Supabase (database, EU region), Stripe (payments, US/EU/IE), Anthropic (AI inference, US — prompt content is sent anonymized without your identifying email). Scaleway (transactional email, France).

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (France's data protection authority). Email onepush.me@pragmagie.com to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days.

Retention

We delete your data within 30 days of an erasure request. Otherwise, we retain it for 3 years after your last use of the service.

Cookies & tracking

We use no third-party cookies, no analytics trackers, no ad pixels. We use the browser's localStorage to remember your locale preference. That's it.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Database access is restricted via Row Level Security. Passwords aren't stored (we use magic links and OAuth).

Changes

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change to this policy.
