Refund Policy

30-day window

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason or no reason at all.

How to claim

Reply to your Stripe receipt email with "refund please" (or "remboursement"). No form to fill, no justification required.

Processing

We handle the refund within 24 hours of your request. Funds typically appear back in your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Currency & fees

Refund is in the same currency as your original payment (USD). We do not deduct Stripe's processing fees from your refund.

After 30 days
